Why the Don8 Project Matters?​

An estimated 80% of donated clothing ends up in thrift stores — the last stop before being shipped overseas or dumped in landfills. With your help, the Don8 Project diverts those clothes, weighs them by the pound, and tracks the impact together.

• For every pound donated, we record how much landfill waste was saved.

• • Your donations allow us to keep clothing prices low, focusing on a community-powered ecosystem. • We’ve donated back over 30,000 handpicked pieces originally purchased from thrift stores.

• • Any unsold clothing goes to Bundles of Kindness, supporting people experiencing homelessness.

 

Donation Guidelines

We gratefully accept:
• Any wearable clothing and shoes (no holes, stains, or heavy pilling) • Purses, jewelry, and small accessories

• Small knick-knacks in good condition
