By choosing secondhand and supporting a no-return policy, you're helping us avoid unnecessary reprocessing, excess packaging, and reverse shipping — all of which add to the fashion industry’s environmental footprint.

That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll always work with you. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if you experience any issue with your item.
